Thank you for your interest in teaching and working at Bend International  School. It

takes a strong teacher with a commitment to international and interdisciplinary teaching, and a belief in

the capabilities of ALL students to bring our vision to life. We are looking for experienced, licensed

teachers with an understanding of the BIS teaching philosophy and mission as well as the passion and

excitement to bring it to fruition. (ie: super teachers who LOVE teaching!!) 50% of our staff must be

licensed in the state of Oregon, 50% may be licensed in other states or countries. We welcome

international teachers!! Bilingual teachers in Spanish are highly encouraged to apply!

 

Available Positions for 2018-19 School year

Global Lunch Coordinator- bilingual in Spanish
 
Plan menus, order, prepare , and serve the international lunch menu at Bend International School.  Skills needed:  Creativity, collaboration, communication, cooking, and patience with kids.  Training and computer provided, competitive salary, and great team to work with.  Hours:  M-F 9-2.

 

Spanish Teacher

Join a great staff and have a chance to collaborate with all students and teachers- using TPR Storytelling and the Communicative Approach in teaching Spanish.

 

Part Time Bus Driver–CDL with School Driver’s endorsement (training will be provided for someone who makes a full year commitment!) . Great salary and great team to join!
