Before and After Care 2022-23 School Year
Before Care is available from 7:30-9:00. You can sign up through this link: Before Care Registration. Before Care is $150 for the year on a drop-in basis. Sibling discounts are available at $100 and scholarships as well for financial needs. Email: alisha@bendinternationalschool.org
BIS Aftercare Program is an advanced reservation system.
We have a 30-student limit per day, aftercare does fill up quickly. We have now expanded Wednesdays to 40 students.
Students will be picked up at the side Big Room door, just off of the upper lot.
There will be a $10 late fee for parents arriving past 5:30. The price is $7 per day, and scholarships are available with a 50% discount. If you do not give a 24-hour notice for cancellations, You will be charged!

Mountain Biking with BEA: 04/17/2023 – 06/05/2023 Mondays, from 3:30pm to 7:00pm. BIS families are able to register directly on the BEA website. Bend Endurance Academy coaches pick up the riders directly from Bend International School and drop them off at the Best Western Peppertree in town, after their sessions. If anyone is in need of a bike or tuition assistance please contact natasha@bendenduranceacademy.org
Ukulele: Thursdays with Sr. Ian – Grades 2-3: 3:30-4:00: $40/session, Grades 4-8: 3:30-4:30: $80/session in the Music Room
Climbing/Bouldering Club: (8 spots available) Tuesdays with Maestro Ivan. Grades 5-8. 3:30-5:00 Meet at Climbing Rock on Playground. Students will learn the basics of bouldering and climbing at BIS/Sawyer Park for the first 2 classes. The last 8 classes will take place at Circuit Climbing Gym. Students and teacher will walk to Circuit Climbing Gym. Parents will pick students up at 5:00 at the Gym. $150/session (includes equipment rental and gym fees). Limited scholarships due to extra fees from the Climbing Gym. Class is capped at 8. Sign up soon!
